(176pp)is a journal chronicling the visionary and magical experiences which Frater Progradior underwent during his Magical Retirement in Cefalu.

Crowley himself was profoundly moved by Progradior’s visions, which he described as “exalted and intense and intimate.”

The book includes an introductory essay by the editor and the first full publication of Progradior’s Cefalu diary, along with Crowley’s comments upon it.

Published by Neptune Press in 2004, these hardcover and clothbound volumes include previously unseen pictures of Bennett and Crowley. The dustjackets and endpapers include striking colour reproductions of paintings of Bennett and Cefalu by Crowley.
