We describe ourselves as a 'Fraternity', which in our case means a body of men and women united in the bonds of our Order. O.T.O. members regard each other as 'brothers' and 'sisters', central to which are core values and principles such as respect, trust, love, peace, tolerance, truth, open-mindedness and ‘unity in diversity.’

In Australia, we have a small, fun, close-knit and growing membership, with groups in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra, and Sydney. O.T.O. is a not-for profit incorporated religious association. All officers of the O.T.O. work on a voluntary and unpaid basis.
